TEAM
The Sailing Club is a exceptional team of men and women who compete at a high level collegiately. They are a very successful team, making it to regionals in their most recent season.
COMMITMENT
The sailing team practices two days a week in Club 420s at Baw Beese Lake, just five minutes from the College. They compete in ten regattas throughout the year, most often at the Detroit Yacht Club. The team is able to provide gear and equipment to new sailors if necessary.
TRYOUTS
Students are invited to join the team at any point during the year. The team welcomes both proficient sailors interested in competing in intercollegiate regattas and students who are interested in just learning how to sail.

We need your support to make Club Sailing possible. Using the “Donate” button below, fill out our online donation form. In the Designation box please choose “Other” and then write “Designate this gift to Club Sailing” the comment section at the bottom.
Every year the Club Sailing team needs about $6,000 to cover the expenses of league dues, regatta fees, transportation, lodging, jerseys, boat repairs, dry suits, and other training equipment.
