Mission Statement

The GOAL Program seeks to create opportunities for Hillsdale College students to know, love, and serve the members of our surrounding Hillsdale community. Through sacrificing for the good of others, students will develop and pursue a stronger faith and greater character.

Domestic Harmony

  • Increase awareness about domestic violence, advocate for abuse survivors, and assist at local safe house with reception and child care services.

Hospital Volunteering

EMMA RIZZUTI

  • Gain hands-on experience providing assistance to staff in various departments of Hillsdale Hospital, including lab, emergency, med-surg, physical therapy, or obstetrics.

Humane Society

  • Work at the shelter cleaning and exercising dogs and cats- or help with fundraising and adoption events to help abandoned and neglected animals.

Music in the Community

  • Spread the joy of music especially to people who don’t have many opportunities to hear live music. Play music at nursing homes and preschools.
