All student mail will now be delivered via the package locker system in the basement hallway between Lane and Kendall.

Here's what you need to know about the new system:

Location: Lockers in basement hallway between Lane and Kendall.

Delivery: You will receive an email, text, and/or push notification when your package is ready to be retrieved. You may do so using any of the following methods:

• Entering an electronically provided access code into the touchscreen kiosk

• Scanning a QR code from an email or text notification on the touchscreen kiosk

Once the code is entered or scanned, the locker (or lockers, should you have multiple packages) will automatically open. Simply grab your items, ensure the package is yours, close the door, and be on your way!

Please note that using the general College address (33 E. College St) may result in your mail being delayed, returned, or lost in the process. Please use the correct residence hall address to ensure proper delivery. If a package needs to be forwarded, please call (517) 607-2357. A shipping fee will be charged to your account.
