Student Mail Information

STUDENT LETTERS

All on-campus student mail sent through USPS is delivered to the Grewcock Student Union Mail Room. Each student has their own mailbox that can be accessed with their residence hall front door key. Each box is organized by residence hall, room number, and then alphabetically by roommates’ last names. For example, if you live in room 123 and your last name is Hillsdale and your roommate’s last name is Charger, your box number will be 123B and your roommate’s will be 123A. Students living in College-owned, off-campus housing will receive their mail at the Grewcock Student Union. Please note that using the general College address (33 E. College St) may result in your mail being delayed, returned, or lost in the process.

STUDENT PACKAGES

Student packages received by the College are available for pickup in package lockers in the downstairs hallway between Lane and Kendall Hall. If your package is being shipped via FedEx or UPS, it will be delivered directly to the residential address.

You will receive an email, text, and/or push notification when your package is ready to be retrieved. You may do so using any of the following methods:

  • Entering an electronically provided access code into the touchscreen kiosk

  • Scanning a QR code from an email or text notification on the touchscreen kiosk

Once the code is entered or scanned, the locker (or lockers, should you have multiple packages) will automatically open. Simply grab your items, ensure the package is yours, close the door, and be on your way!Please note that using the general College address (33 E. College St) may result in your mail being delayed, returned, or lost in the process. Please use the correct residence hall address to ensure proper delivery. If a package needs to be forwarded, please call (517) 607-2357. A shipping fee will be charged to your account.
